In spite of Golden Week of National and Mid-Autumn Holiday,  more than 2000 employees stick to their posts and worked overtime for completing orders from customers and ensuring smooth business continuity of the factories. They sacrificed their opportunities to unite with families or travel around and demonstrated the ownership and the spirit of selfless dedication, which greatly helped LRC achieve a good start of record shipment in Q4 and weekly shipment reached 1.615 billion units.

To acknowledge their efforts and encourage morale, the management team has decided to make extra payment incentive for those overtime work in holiday (Oct 1-8) and maximum incentive is RMB 1000 and employees can obtain proportionately based on actual attendance records.
