On July 2, 2020, LRC launched a meeting for SAP ERP project, officially kicking off the retransformation and upgrading of LRC management informatization.

David Pang, General Manager of the company, Rocky Cao and Xue Renpei, Vice general managers and project team members, as well as the senior management and consultant team of suppliers, attended the meeting. At the meeting, SAP team leader introduced the importance of the project, briefly stated the purpose of the project, the promotion to the company value, the team members, responsibilities of the team. Pang delivered a speech and stressed the importance of SAP / ERP project construction to the company's strategic development, and required all departments to work together to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. At the end he said that SAP ERP will be a milestone for LRC management innovation!

After nearly 50 years of development, LRC grows from a single device products to thousands of products, from EOM business to self intelligent production, from a single organization to a group company, and from a small workshop to an industry leader. However, current ERP system, which has been used for more than ten years, can no longer meet the requirements of enterprise development and is about to retire. After transferring to new ERP, SAP will meet the management requirements of company development for expansion, lean management, accurate planning, and efficient cooperation. It is expected that SAP ERP will officially go live in 2021.
