There is a old Chinese saying, a good harvest depends on the spring sowing. The same practice can be applied to talent competing of human resources management.LRC has successfully maintained a high pace of development in spite of Covid-19 pandemic and tariff issue because of our strategic deployment of the management team and united efforts of all LRC employees. We all know that competition of enterprises is actually the war hunting for talents and LRC management always attaches great importance to hiring and cultivating of new hired talents. In this year’s campus hiring activities, LRC and its subsidiaries entitled the campaign of Creative Impetus and Dream Realization Powered by Wafer Fabrication and A&T and the hiring team will attend campus recruitment both in spring and fall. Totally more than 100 graduates will be hired for LRC strategic expansion and talents reserve.  

The campus hiring campaign was officially kicked off at the end of Sep and according to hiring plan tour 15 key universities will be included like Sichuan Universities, UESTC, Chongqing University around Sichuan region and Tianjin University, Nankai University, Shanghai JiaoTong University and Fudan University, etc. At the same time the itinerary will cover some other universities and colleges like SWPU, Xihua University, Chengdu University of Technology, Lanzhou University of Technology,  Xi’an University of Technology, etc for talents reserve. Currently the plan covers 27 on site job fairs and more than 100 on-line campus hiring and as of Oct. many candidates have submitted their resumes and next the hiring team will closely follow up on all the campus hiring activities like interview arrangement and employment agreement signing.

We believe that campus hiring is one of important channels for talents reserve and promotion of employer branding and we expect more talents in semiconductor industry will join us, building LRC a world-class comprehensive electronic enterprise.
